Ceylan's life mission has been to remove barriers for women and girls.

For years, Ceylan has attended the United Nation's Commission on the Status of Women events. Each year she is inspired to meet fellow change makers who create change in their communities to better the world.
For over 5 years Ceylan was part of the MetroWest Commission on the Status of Women, advocating for legislation related to women and girls.
Ceylan visited Syrian refugee kids in Izmir, Turkey. Refugees have always had a special place in Ceylan's heart.
Ceylan spoke at the World Woman Summit about equal pay and that men need to be part of the conversation for change to happen.

Thank you for stopping by. Fihri was created because my own daughter started her menstruation journey and I had a hard time finding period products that were healthier and more sustainable. Fihri has curated over 50+ period products that are better for you and the environment.

At the same time, I have dedicated the majority of my life to trying to remove barriers for women and girls locally and globally.

When I was a Commissioner for the MetroWest Commission on the Status of Women, I attended Advocacy Day at the State House. It was there where 8th grade students shared that they teach 6th grade students how to use toilet paper for period pads. I had no idea period poverty was happening in Massachusetts.

I launched Fihri because I strongly believe every BODY deserves period products that are better for their body and our planet. Every BODY, should have equal access to education and financial prosperity and that can't be done if they don't have access to period products.

I opened the World's Tiniest Period Store in Wellesley, MA to end period poverty. I LOVE our non-profit partners to help support the great work they are doing.

We may be tiny but we are mighty and we are just getting started. Come and join the Fihri Community @wearefihri.

With Gratitude,
